These vouchers are valid from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 for MegaLive Buddy Mobile Apps new user.
These vouchers are limited to the first 10,000 new users signing up only.
A minimum spend of RM 50.00 per receipt is required to redeem HELLO5 voucher.
A minimum spend of RM 80.00 per receipt is required to redeem HELLO10 voucher.
These vouchers are valid for the purchase of any MegaLive supplements only.
One redemption only per single receipt.
These vouchers can only be redeemed in selected store and is not applicable for online redemption.
These vochers are not valid with other promotions/ discounts/ vouchers/ offers.
These vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
Products purchased with a voucher are non-refundable or exchangeable.

This voucher is exclusively for MegaLive Buddy member only.
You will receive your Happy Birthday Voucher on the first day of your birthday month.
This voucher is valid for the entire month of the customer's birthday (1st – end month).
The birthday voucher will be sent based on the birth date entered during account registration. In the case where user do not register their birth date upon registration, user will not be entitled for birthday voucher.

Only participants with registered MegaLive Buddy account can participate.
Any vouchers/ points redeemed are not transferable for cash and are on the first-come first-served basis.
Points and vouchers won by players from Love 2 Pick mini game will be credited into each user’s accounts. Points and voucher may take up to 10 minutes to be credited to user’s account.
Users can view their points at the top right section in the Buddy app and view their voucher in the "Voucher" page.
MegaLive reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions without notice, or withdraw or discontinue Love 2 Pick Mini game at any time without any notice or liability to any party. In the event of inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials related to the Love 2 Pick Mini game, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

This voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issue for buddy users who play the Love 2 Pick game in the MegaLive Buddy Mobile Apps between 1 January 2023 and 30 June 2023. The rewards for Love 2 Pick mini game include points & vouchers in random sequence.
These vouchers are limited to a daily redemption limit. A buddy user will only be entitled for one-time reward per day if any.
A minimum spend of RM 50.00 per receipt is required to redeem LUCKY5 voucher.
A minimum spend of RM 80.00 per receipt is required to redeem LUCKY10 voucher.
A minimum spend of RM 300.00 per receipt is required to redeem LUCKY88 voucher.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Where/ How to get vouchers?

There are 2 types of vouchers, auto blast voucher and Scan & Grab voucher.

1. Auto blast voucher

These vouchers will be automatically added to the Buddy app whenever the user meets the voucher promotion criteria.

2. Scan & Grab voucher

These vouchers are based on seasonal promotion events and are only available to MegaLive Buddy mobile app users. The specific promotion QR code will be displayed in selected pharmacies, and Buddy users can grab the voucher using the Buddy app's Scan & Grab feature, with a limited redemption, vouchers available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q: I have a voucher. How can I use it?

All vouchers can only be redeemed in selected stores and are not redeemable online. Launch the MegaLive Buddy app and present the voucher to the participating stores. Please read the voucher description before using it as each voucher has its own set of terms and conditions.

Q: I did not receive my birthday voucher. Where is my voucher?

Make sure to do the following:

1. Download MEGALIVE BUDDY APP

2. Register a Buddy account

3. Provide your correct date of birth during app registration

*Kindly take not that you will receive your Happy Birthday voucher on the first day of the month of your birthday. If your birthday is on August 18, your voucher will be triggered to you on August 1. The voucher will not be issued if the customer applies for member registration within the same month of their birthday and does not enter their birthdate during registration because it is only available to members who register with MegaLive Buddy App before their birthday month.

Q: How to redeem the Love 2 Pick Mini Game rewards?
Points and vouchers won by players in the Love 2 Pick mini game will be credited to each user’s account. Points and vouchers may take up to 10 minutes to be credited to the user’s account.

Users can view their points in the top-right section of the Buddy app and view their vouchers in the "Voucher" page.

Q: Can I combine the vouchers I have in one transaction?
Unfortunately, you can only use ONE (1) voucher per transaction with the required minimum purchase.
