Terms & Conditions

HELLO5 & HELLO10 vouchers

  • These vouchers are valid from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 for MegaLive Buddy Mobile Apps new user. 

  • These vouchers are limited to the first 10,000 new users signing up only. 

  • A minimum spend of RM 50.00 per receipt is required to redeem HELLO5 voucher. 

  • A minimum spend of RM 80.00 per receipt is required to redeem HELLO10 voucher. 

  • These vouchers are valid for the purchase of any MegaLive supplements only. 

  • One redemption only per single receipt.

  • These vouchers can only be redeemed in selected store and is not applicable for online redemption. 

  • These vochers are not valid with other promotions/ discounts/ vouchers/ offers. 

  • These vouchers are not exchangeable for cash. 

  • Products purchased with a voucher are non-refundable or exchangeable.

  • MegaLive BioSciences Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to reject voucher redemption if abuse is discovered.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY VOUCHER

*Only NEW users who register Buddy app will receive the voucher

Step 2: Register before your birthday month

Step 3: Provide your correct date of birth during app registration

Step 4: Present your HAPPY BIRTHDAY voucher to the participating stores to avail discount

 

Terms & Conditions

  • This voucher is exclusively for MegaLive Buddy member only.

  • This voucher is valid for the entire month of the user's birthday (1st - end month). In the case where user applies for member registration within the same month of birthday, the voucher will not be issued, because it is only available to member who register with MegaLive Buddy before their birthday month.

  • The user is only eligible for one birthday voucher per year. The birthday voucher will be sent based
    on the birth date entered during account registration. In the case where user do not register their birth
    date upon registration, user will not be entitled for birthday voucher.

  • The identification card (IC) must be shown to prove the birth date upon using voucher.

  • A MINIMUM SPEND of RM 300.00 per receipt is required to redeem this voucher.

  • This voucher is valid for the purchase of all MegaLive supplements in set and single bottle

  • These vouchers are valid for the purchase of any MegaLive supplements only.
