MegaLive 2022 ‘Let’s Fly To Turkey’ Year End Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions:
Eligibility
1. The event is opened to any individual who fulfils the following criteria:
- A citizen of Malaysia over the age of 18 years old
- Register as MegaLive Buddy mobile application user
- Minimum purchase RM88 of any MegaLive products (*refer to Appendix A) in a single receipt
- Valid for MegaLive products purchase at physical store only
- Purchase period from 1st November 2022 to 31st December 2022
2. MegaLive BioSciences Sdn Bhd reserves the right at any time to verify the eligibility of any of the Participants and to disqualify any Participants who do not meet the above eligibility criteria.
How to Participate
- Buy any MegaLive product (except MK nutramix, MK hygienix, and MK essentia products) with minimum purchase RM88 in a single receipt through any participating retailers during the said period.
- Submit purchased receipt through MegaLive Buddy mobile application within the same day of purchase.
- Successfully submit purchased receipt through MegaLive Buddy mobile application during the lucky draw period will automatically enrol for our lucky draw.
- Like & follow MegaLive Facebook page and stay tune for the announcement of lucky draw winners via Facebook Post which is scheduled on 16th January 2023.
Other details
- Participants may receive future promotional messages from MegaLive for which Participant can choose to opt out anytime via an unsubscribe link in the promotional message itself.
- MegaLive reserves the right to use, publish, disclose or display the name, address, photograph, recording and/or documents of all Winners for advertising and publicity purposes, without compensation to the winners.
- Winners will be announced in MegaLive Facebook page on 16th January 2023.
- Winners are to revert with their requested personal details within 5 days for prize redemption via Facebook Messenger. By failing to do so, entitled prizes will be forfeited and no further claims will be entertained. MegaLive shall endeavour to contact the winners by telephone (04-4918168) or email (based on the contact details provided with entry submitted) on a best effort basis with a maximum of three (3) attempts.
- The prize will be sent to winners through courier service based on the contact information & address obtained from Winner.
- MegaLive reserves the right to substitute any one of the prize(s) with items of equivalent value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash and will only be presented to winners who are able to satisfy the MegaLive’s prize claiming requirement as set out herein.
- MegaLive reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Contest mechanics, the operation of this Contest or to be in violation of these Terms & Condition.
- The closing date of the Lucky Draw is 23:59 on 31 December 2022. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
