For sprains, strains and pulled muscles, use the support in conjunction with the following techniques to provide sumptomatic relief:
PROTECTION: Provides firm support to injured wrists without restricting movement, helping to prevent further damage.
REST: Avoid activities that cause pain in the first 48-72 hours after injury.
ICE: Cool the injured area as soon as possible for 15-20 minutes every 2-3 hours to limit pain and inflammation.
COMPRESSION: Use the support to apply compression to the affected area, reducing swelling.
ELEVATION: Keep the injured area raised and supported to help reducing swelling.
For weak or arthritic joints, wear the support as needed to provide daytime relief from aches, pain, and stiffness.

Do not wear the Adjuestable Wrist Brace if warming or heat-generating liniments, ointments, or creams have been applied.

The suport so that it is not uncomfortably tight, and blood flow is not restricted. Avoid wearing this product overnight or while sleeping. If you are in any doubt about whether this product is suitable for you, talk to your pharmacist or doctor.

If the support is being used following an injury, seek medical advice if no improvement is seen within 72 hours. If the injury is severe or if in any doubt, seek medical advice immediately.
