T&C MegaLive Golden Treasure Campaign
(Purchase Any MegaLive Product and Stand a Chance to Win 0.5G 999 Gold Bar)
1. Campaign Mechanics
1.1. The MegaLive Mega Golden Treasure Campaign ("Campaign") is organized by MegaLive ("Organizer").
1.2. Participants must purchase any MegaLive products within the campaign period 1st July 2025 to 31st December 2025. Purchases can be made via online e-commerce platform (e.g.: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and pharmacies’ official websites) and offline purchase from MegaLive authorised seller.
1.3. The campaign is open to Malaysian residents aged 18 and above with a valid MyKad (IC).
1.4. There is a total of 200 units of MegaLive products that contain a Mega Golden Treasure Sticker (refer image below) inside the packaging.
1.5. Customers who find a Mega Golden Treasure Sticker inside their purchased MegaLive product are entitled to redeem a 0.5G 999 gold bar by following the redemption process.
1.6. Each winning unit is eligible for one gold bar redemption only.
2. Redemption Process
2.1. Winners must be a regitered member of the MegaLive Buddy App.
2.2. To verify their prize, winners must WhatsApp MegaLive by scanning the QR code (refer image below) on the Mega Golden Treasure sticker. Winners will be asked to provide a clear image of the Mega Golden Treasure Sticker, Product QR Code and purchased prove for verification purposes
2.3. For MegaLive product in bottle form (as per below image) , the Product QR code can be found on the bottle cap, while for MegaLive product in box format (as per below image) , the QR code is located on the tamper-evident sticker.
2.4. Once the verification is successful, winners are requested to screenshot their MegaLive Buddy number (incard number) and ‘Profile Details’, then send them via WhatsApp to MegaLive.
2.5. The Mega Golden Treasure 999 Gold Bar e-voucher (refer image below) will be issued within 14 working days. Winner must WhatsApp MegaLive once they have received the e-voucher. Please ensure the e-voucher is kept in the MegaLive Buddy app until collection day.
2.6. MegaLive will arrange a sales representative to have a meet-up for prize collection.
2.7. Winners must present proof of purchase, the physical product with the Mega Golden Treasure Sticker and Identity Card (IC) upon claiming their prize.
3. Redemption Process
3.1. Any attempt to tamper with, duplicate, or forge the sticker code or QR code will result in immediate disqualification.
3.2. Any redemption requests submitted after 31 December 2025 will not be accepted or processed.
3.3. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
3.4. MegaLive reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
4. General Terms
4.1. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to allow MegaLive to use their names and photos for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.
4.2. MegaLive reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
4.3. Any disputes will be subject to the final decision of MegaLive, and no correspondence will be entertained.

1.0 INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the MegaLive Buddy mobile application. MegaLive Buddy is defined as an intelligent and card-less customer reward membership.
The Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) shall apply to the MegaLive Buddy mobile application (“app”), including all websites of its divisions, subsidiaries and affiliates operated internet sites (“sites”) which are made reference herein. Thus, by accessing and using the app, user accepts and agrees to be bound by this T&C.
Throughout the sites, the terms “MegaLive Buddy”” MegaLive” “we” “us” and “our” refer to the MegaLive BioSciences Sdn. Bhd.
MegaLive Buddy reserves the right to change, modify, add, update, or remove any T&C at any time. The T&C may be updated from time to time and shall prevail over provisions or representations contained in any other promotion materials or advertising of the contest. User is encouraged to check/visit this page frequently for updates.
2.0 MEMBERSHIP
2.1 Membership refers to every registration and/or registered account through the app.
2.2 Membership is a token of appreciation, and it is complimentary.
2.3 Membership is open to all legal residents of Malaysia aged 18 years old and above. However, for those below 18 years old, once account is activated, MegaLive Buddy will assume the user has gained his/her parent or legal guardian’s permission.
2.4 To register as a member, user must provide accurate and latest personal information such as full name as per identity card, mobile phone number, date of birth, delivery address etc. User is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of his/her information and for updating it as required.
2.5 MegaLive Buddy reserves the right to restrict, suspend and/or reject any application without disclosing the reasons. MegaLive Buddy’s decision shall be final and conclusive. All questions and appeals on the decision will not be entertained. Reasons for the restriction/suspension/rejection may be due but not limited to:

2.7 MEMBERSHIP VALIDITY
2.7.1 User is encouraged to submit clear, official, and original printed receipt of MegaLive product purchases (“receipt”) via app to redeem Buddy points/gift.
2.7.2 Membership is FREE for a lifetime.
2.7.3 Membership is non-transferable and is for exclusive use of registered members only. User is strictly prohibited from sharing and/or allowing non-users to use the app.
2.7.4 Upon deactivation of an account, Buddy points/gifts/redemption and any kind of rewards accumulated or pending to be deposited to user’s MegaLive Buddy wallet (“wallet”) shall be deemed null and void.
2.7.5 MegaLive Buddy has no obligation to reimburse/refund any of the Buddy points/gifts/redemption/reward that were deemed null and void upon termination.
2.7.6 MegaLive Buddy reserves the right to monitor, refuse, close additional or duplicate accounts at any time.
3.0 BUDDY POINTS
3.1 BUDDY POINTS COLLECTION
3.1.1 Official and original printed receipts of MegaLive product purchases (“receipts”/ “receipt”) from any retail store, pharmaceutical retail outlet and pharmacy are eligible for submission to collect Buddy points.
3.1.2 User will earn rebate (if there is any) for purchase amount paid by cash/credit card/e-wallet only. Any amount paid using vouchers, promotion, reward points or any other similar means will be excluded from rebate entitlement.
3.1.3 Submission of receipts can be made through MegaLive Buddy app’s ‘SNAP & EARN’ function.
3.1.4 Submission of receipts must be for items purchased for personal use only by consumers who are the users of the app.
3.1.5 Buddy points will be rewarded per MegaLive product purchased regardless number of receipts.
3.1.6 User is required to take a clear photo of the full receipt for submission purpose. A valid receipt must include the mandatory information such as:
3.1.7 In the case where receipt is unclear, user will be given one chance to resubmit the receipt. MegaLive Buddy will take about 1-7 working days to approve/reject/update the status of the submission. Thus, it is advisable to keep the original receipt until Buddy points is rewarded (if entitled).
3.1.8 The receipt must be submitted within the same day of purchase/issued date (before 12am daily). Receipt submitted on a different date from the receipt’s issued date will be invalid and user will not be eligible to earn any reward Buddy points.
3.1.9 MegaLive Buddy will not accept any resubmission of the same approved receipt/ repeated submission of the same receipt will deemed to have been declined for the following reasons:
3.1.10 Buddy points collected is valid for three years starting from the date Buddy points received.
3.1.11 MegaLive Buddy reserves the right to reject, suspend and/or cancel any receipt deemed invalid without disclosing the reasons and the decision is final. All questions and appeals on the decision will not be entertained.
3.2 BUDDY POINTS USAGE
3.2.1 Buddy points can be used to redeem gift(s) and MegaLive product(s).
3.2.2 Once redeemed, Buddy points cannot be substitute for other gift(s)/ products(s) exchanged.
3.2.3 User using Buddy points for redemption are entitled for free shipping within Malaysia.
3.2.4 User must hold responsibilities for the correct details provided for redemption of gift(s) any changes in the information after confirmation of redemption of product(s) or gift(s) will not be entertained.
3.2.5 Buddy points cannot be withdrawn, replaced, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other reward. Buddy points credited to user’s MegaLive Buddy account will be decreased or reversed, as applicable, if the Buddy points is obtained through fraudulent or other activity that violates this T&C.
3.2.6 MegaLive Buddy reserves the right to reject, suspend and/or cancel any Buddy points, exchange, or redemption without disclosing the reasons. The Management’s decision shall be final. All questions or appeals on the decision will not be entertained
4.0 REWARDS
4.1 PRODUCT REDEMPTION
4.1.1 User can only use the Buddy points and redeem MegaLive product (“product”) via the app.
4.1.2 Each product may have different expiry date and limited quantity per user, the information will be displayed on the redemption page/poster. It is assumed that user has read, acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms to redeem the product(s) within the stated expiry date. Once the user has confirmed and submitted the redemption order, no cancellation or reimbursement is allowed.
4.1.3 Product redemption is exclusively available for shipping within Malaysia, encompassing both East Malaysia and West Malaysia.
4.1.4 The products are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
4.1.5 MegaLive Buddy reserves the right to cancel the redemption and return the redeemed Buddy points to user without disclosing the reason and the decision is final. All questions and appeals on the decision will not be entertained.
4.1.6 None of the product redeemed from the app are allowed for resale or barter. MegaLive Buddy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, suspend and/or cancel if any activity against this T&C is found or suspected.
4.2 GIFT VOUCHER REDEMPTION
4.2.1 User can only use the Buddy points and redeem voucher(s) via the app.
4.2.2 Each voucher may have different expiry date and it will be displayed on the voucher. It is assumed that user has read, acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms to redeem the voucher(s) within the stated expiry date. Once user has confirmed and submitted the redemption order, no cancellation is allowed.
4.2.3 MegaLive reserves the right to cancel the redemption and return the redeemed Buddy points to user without disclosing the reason and the decision shall be final. All questions and appeals on the decision will not be entertained.
4.2.4 MegaLive Buddy is not obligated to replace or refund the vouchers if suppliers/partners of the redeemed vouchers discontinue or annul the vouchers due to any reasons whatsoever.
5.0 DRAW
5.1 Every single validated receipt with the purchase of MegaLive products submitted through ‘SNAP & EARN’ will be automatically entitled for lucky draw entry (when there is any).
5.2 MegaLive Buddy will determine validity of the entry by referring to the official date printed on the receipt.
5.3 MegaLive Buddy reserves the right at its absolute discretion to differ, postpone, re-schedule and/or extend the Draw Period and/or amend, update the mechanics of the contest and/or cancel/terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
5.4 In the event the winner fails to claim and/or confirm the prize redemption within FIVE (5) working days after the winning notification, MegaLive Buddy reserves the right to disqualify the winner and revoke the prize. In such instance, MegaLive Buddy shall not be held liable or responsible for any damages or losses incurred by the winner.
5.5 MegaLive Buddy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant/winner that is found or suspected of tampering the contest submission process, abuse the operation of the contest and/or any other acts against the T&C.
5.6 All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses incurred to redeem prizes shall be borne solely by the winners.
5.7 All prizes are not exchangeable or transferable.
5.8 MegaLive Buddy reserves the right to replace any prizes with items of same value without prior notice.
6.0 RETURN & DELIVERY POLICY
6.1 User shall review the orders upon checkout before confirming as all redemption products, vouchers and prizes are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
6.2 User need to check the delivery address upon checkout as the delivery address is not allowed to be amended thereafter and for any returned parcel, redelivery charges will be borne by the user.
6.3 If you receive damaged parcel or products in any way, please contact us by sending a message through “CONTACT US” within 24 hours upon receival. Complaints received after more than 24 hours upon receival will not be entertained.
6.4 Reimbursement of damages occurred during delivery is subjected to the courier company’s discretion and MegaLive reserves the right not to be liable for losses, damages and reimbursement of the products, vouchers, and prizes.
6.5 Tracking number of the parcel will be provided in the app once the parcel has been shipped.
6.6 However, if the courier company has made a redelivery attempt and still unable to deliver the parcels and/or user did not collect the parcel within the stipulated timeline, the parcel will be returned to MegaLive. User will be then charged for any redelivery.
6.7 MegaLive Buddy reserves the right, at its sole discretion to determine the mode of delivery of prizes, products, vouchers and will not be held responsible for any delay, damage, or loss during the delivery process.
7.0 DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The content displayed on the app/sites is provided without any guarantees, conditions, or warranties as to its accuracy. Unless expressly stated to the contrary and to the fullest extent permitted by law, MegaLive and its suppliers, content providers and advertisers hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by the law and MegaLive shall not be liable for any losses or damages, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or inability to use, performance or failures of this app/sites and any other functions in the app irrespective of whether such losses were foreseeable or not foreseeable arise due to any reasons whatsoever.
8.0 INDEMNITY
By using the app, user agrees to indemnify and defend MegaLive, its affiliates, suppliers, officers, directors, employees and agents from any and against all third party claims, causes of action, demands, fines, penalties, liability, damages, costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees arising from your use of this app or your breach of the T&C or your violation of any law or rights of a third party or due to your use of this app.
9.0 CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL (FORCE MAJEURE)
9.1 By using MegaLive Buddy app, user agrees that MegaLive is not liable for any breach, hindrance or delay in the performance of a term due to any cause beyond our reasonable control which includes but not limited to strikes, lock-outs, riot, invasion, pandemic, threat of terrorist attack or terrorist attack, preparation of war, war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake or other natural disaster, impossibility of use of motor transport, railways, shipping or other means of public or private transport, accidents or failure of any mode of transportation, impossibility of the use of telecommunication network, restriction by the government and act of God.
9.2 MegaLive reserves absolute discretion on the solution adopted in fully meeting our obligations under the T&C despite the Force Majeure Event.
10.0 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
10.1 All content (including but not limited to text, graphics, photos, video, music, sound), arrangement, design in our app/sites shall remain the property of MegaLive or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by MegaLive and its licensors. User may store, print, and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. User is not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute, or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to user or which appears on this app.
10.2 In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through the app/sites are trademarks of MegaLive in Malaysia. MegaLive 's trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not provided by MegaLive, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits MegaLive. All other trademarks which are not owned by MegaLive that appear on the app/sites are the property of their respective owners.
10.3 User shall not use any part of the content on our app/sites for commercial purposes without obtaining license from us or our licensors.
10.4 If user breaches any of this T&C, your right to use our app/sites shall cease immediately and user must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials made. User shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any software or accompanying documentation supplied by MegaLive or its licensors.
10.5 MegaLive shall be entitled to commence legal proceedings for the purposes of protecting its intellectual property rights and confidential information and breaches of any of this T&C.
11.0 THIRD PARTY ADVERTISING
MegaLive may allow its affiliates to place advertisement on app/sites. By using the app/sites, user agrees to receive such advertisements. MegaLive will not be responsible for the contents of such advertisement.
12.0 APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This T&C shall be governed and interpreted by laws applicable in Malaysia. By using this app/sites, user agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the court in Malaysia.
13.0 NOTICES
Any notice required to be given to MegaLive shall be addressed to its registered office or place of business.
14.0 PRIVACY
MegaLive Privacy Policy (“Policy”) can be found in MegaLive Buddy app or www.megalive.com.my. MegaLive will use all information provided by user according to the Policy. The Policy may be changed or updated from time to time and the amended Policy will be posted at our app and sites.
15.0 SEVERABILITY
Any term, condition, provision, or undertaking mentioned herein which is illegal, void, or unenforceable shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, voidness, or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions herein contained.
