Terms & Conditions:

Eligibility:

  1. This campaign is eligible for any individual who fulfils the following criteria:
    a.      citizen of Malaysia over the age of 18 years old.
    b. Register as a MegaLive Buddy mobile application user.
    c. Minimum purchase of RM88 of any MegaLive products in a single receipt. Not applicable for clearance items.
    d. Valid for MegaLive products (including Hanako, Nouvelle, and Pick Me Up) purchased from physical stores only.
    e. The purchase period is from October 1st, 2024, to December 31st 2024.

  2. MegaLive BioSciences Sdn Bhd. reserves the right at any time to verify the eligibility of any of the participants and to disqualify any participants who do not meet the above eligibility criteria.

 

How to participate 

  1. Purchase any MegaLive products (as per entitled) with a MINIMUM PURCHASE of RM 88 in a single receipt through any participating retailers during mentioned above period.

  2. Submit purchased receipt through MegaLive Buddy mobile application during the lucky draw period. Once a submission is approved, participants will be automatically entered into the lucky draw campaign, making them eligible for double points rewards. For example, a receipt with a purchase value of RM100 will earn the Buddy 200 Buddy points, and this will apply accordingly to other purchase amounts.

  3. Like & follow MegaLive Facebook page, and stay tuned for the announcement of lucky draw winners via Facebook post which is scheduled on 18th January 2025.

 

Other details

  1. MegaLive reserves the right to use, publish, disclose, or display the name, address, photograph, recording, and/or documents of all winners for advertising and publicity purposes, without compensation to the winners.

  2. Winners will be announced on MegaLive's Facebook page on 18th January, 2025. MegaLive representative will make a best effort to contact the winners by phone, with a maximum of three (3) attempts, using the contact information provided with the entry submission. In the event that winners do not respond, the prizes will be forfeited, and no further claims will be entertained.

  3. The prize-giving event will be held at the participating pharmacy from which winners purchased the MegaLive products.

  4. MegaLive reserves the right to substitute any of the prize(s) with item(s) of equivalent value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash and will only be presented to winners who are able to satisfy MegaLive’s prize claiming requirement as set out herein.

  5. MegaLive reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the contest mechanics, the operation of this contest, or being in violation of these terms and conditions.

  6. The closing date of the receipt submission is 23:59PM on 31st December, 2024. Entries received outside of this time period will not be considered.
