“MegaLive Warna-Warni Malaysia ”Online Kids Colouring Contest 2024 Terms & Conditions:
Eligibility
1. The Colouring Contest is opened to any individual who fulfils the following criteria:
a. A citizen or resident of Malaysia or currently residing in Malaysia. Age ranges from 5 -12 years old.
i. Category A: 5 – 8 years old
ii. Category B: 9 – 12 years old
b. Free Registration. Each participant is only limited to one (1) submission.
2. MegaLive BioSciences Sdn Bhd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant at any time and to disqualify any participant who does not meet the stated eligibility criteria.
How to Participate
1. You can get our hard copy at any nearest pharmacy that sells MegaLive products or download and print the art paper from the Google Drive link (A4 standard) at Facebook posting. You can get our hard copy at any pharmacy that sells MegaLive products.
2. Participants are free to use any colouring materials such as crayons, water colour, oil pastels, colour pencil, etc.
3. Submit 1 clear photo (HD) of the finished artwork through Google Form link given before 6pm on 12th September 2024 (Each participant is only limited to one (1) submission)
4. Participants' artwork will be posted at 10am on 16th September 2024 on the official MegaLive Facebook page.
5. Judges' decision is final and no appeals will be entertained.
Contest result will be judges as following:
a. 70%: Children’s creativity
b. 30%: The total number of likes get by participants in Facebook.
The rules of Facebook Likes
1. Like MegaLive Official Facebook page
2. Like Participants' Artwork Photos (Likes will only be counted that fulfilled with all these rules. The final count of Likes will take place on 30th September 2024 at 12pm).
Winner’s announcement date
3rd October 2024 in MegaLive official Facebook page.

i. Champion: RM200 Aeon voucher + MegaLive Yellow Bag + Kids Opti Plus x 1 set + 1 Kids Tumbler + Award Certificate
ii. 1st runner up: RM100 Aeon voucher+ MegaLive Yellow Bag + Kids Opti Plus x 1 set + 1 Kids Tumbler + Award Certificate
iii. 2nd runner up: RM50 Aeon voucher+ MegaLive Yellow Bag + Kids Opti Plus x 1 set + 1 Kids Tumbler + Award Certificate

b. Category B : 5 winners

c. All participants will have online participation certificate.

Term & Conditions
1. MegaLive reserves the right to use, publish, disclose, or display the name, address, photograph, recording and/or documents of all Winners for advertising and publicity purposes, without compensation to the winners.
2. Winners will be announced on MegaLive Facebook official page on 3rd October 2024 and contacted through the contact details stated by the Participants in Google Form
3. Winners are to revert with their requested personal details within 7 days for prize redemption. By failing to do so, entitled prizes will be forfeited and no further claims will be entertained.
4. The prize will be sent to winners through courier service based on the contact information & address obtained from Winner.
5. MegaLive reserves the right to substitute any one of the prizes(s) with items of equivalent value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable and nonexchangeable for cash and will only be presented to winners who are able to satisfy the MegaLive’s prize claiming requirement as set out herein.
6. MegaLive reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Contest mechanics, the operation of this Contest or to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
7. The closing date of the “MegaLive Warna-Warni Malaysia ”Online Kids Colouring Contest 2024 is 6pm on 12th September 2024. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
