Active Ingredients

Betaine

Betaine is extracted from sugar beets. It delivers multiple moisture-retention benefits in hair applications. Not only does it add strength, gloss, softness and flexibility to hair, it also helps to protect against scalp flaking and itchiness. Betaine also protects hair against damage from over-heating, coloring, bleaching and straightening, while increasing its strength and elasticity. It has the ability to increase moisture retention in hair, giving it a natural protection which makes it softer, more flexible and less prone to fracturing. * It is ECOCERT certified.

This is an amino acid blend, which when applied externally is known to interact with hair to produce various cosmetic effects such as moisturizing, strengthening, color protection and repair of surface damage. It promotes damage recovery and supports healthy hair. It also imparts a luster and brilliant appearance to hair. It also takes care of hair and scalp.

Hydrolyzed Keratin

This is a high molecular weight Hydrolyzed Keratin. Keratin is one of the structural proteins composing the stratum corneum, hair, and nails. It can form a film that can cover damage hairs and provide an adequate tension, a suitable stiffness, a beautiful luster and a gentle hair-gathering effect to hairs. *When hair undergoes heat treatment, cystein moieties of hair protein are degraded and lanthionine moieties are generated. This active ingredient can suppress the decomposition of cystein and the generation of lanthionine which occurred by heat treatment.

Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil (Argan Oil)

Argan Oil contains 80% unsaturated fatty acid and is exceptionally rich in natural tocopherols, phenols, phenolic acids and carotenes. It is also a natural shine enhancer for the hair. Its natural balance of polyunsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants helps maintain healthy looking hair. *It has both ECOCERT and NATRUE certification

Direction for Use

Apply to wet hair. Massage into a  lather and rinse thoroughly. For best results, use MK essentia Daily Care Conditioner after shampooing.
